Lola Glaudini

Mighty, her first film and a story about friendship and discovery, began as a self-imposed assignment: she gave herself a deadline and wrote every day until it was done.

Glaudini relied on her crew and welcomed the ideas they brought her. When her art director, Alexis Ross, reimagined a location on the fly, he sketched the idea and dropped it in Dropbox so everyone could see it. She and her team, including cinematographer Julia Swain, used Dropbox to keep shot lists, scouting photos, and costume looks in one place, so every department was building from the same visual brief.
