Sudan Archives is a self described magic fiddler from Ohio. She’s also a world renowned violinist who writes and produces her own music. Her songs blend genres and often bring in elements of R&B, folk, and electronic sounds.

Sudan Archives brought us along for a day in the life of The BPM Tour to see her routines, capture the magic, and introduce us to Gadget Girl, her tech-forward alter ego and the character she created when making The BPM.

This was her first tour with a large-scale production. To prepare, Sudan Archives collaborated with her team in Dropbox and Dropbox Replay, where they shared concepts, inspiration, and creative references. After each show, they used Replay’s time-coded notes to review audio, lighting, motion, and choreography to keep the production dialed in and stay creatively aligned.
